People ask me how I do it all — and honestly, some days I'm figuring it out with everyone else. I'm a single mom to three amazing kids, and our life is school drop-offs and pick-ups, sports practices, and everything in between. I've spent more than a decade leading people and operations — state agencies, behavioral health, and multi-site care organizations — and I've seen how much small businesses need that same support without the corporate price tag. I bring the same heart to my clients that I bring to my own team, because I've been the working mom who needs flexibility, clear expectations, and a leader who actually has your back.
